Getting started
General Navigation
The navigation in the upper left corner allows you to view you subscriptions. Go directly to the website, contact us right in the portal, or log out.
Welcome & Banners
Here you will find a welcome message, and below that are announcement banners that will be updated with new releases or any other information you won’t want to miss!
General Subscription Management Overview
Just below the banners, you’ll see all of your subscriptions, including active and paused plans. These are organized by type, such as Subscribe & Save, Seasonal, and Limited Edition.
If you have multiple subscriptions, you’ll see each one displayed here. Just click on any box to view and manage it.
When you select a subscription, the details below will update automatically. You’ll be able to see what’s in your box, your next order date, delivery frequency, and any available savings.
From here, you can easily make updates, add more items, or edit your box in just a few clicks.
Managing Subscribe & Save Subscriptions
Edit Your Subscription Scents
To update your scents, click Edit Box. This will open a pop-up where you can easily browse and customize your subscription.
You can shop by scent categories like Citrus, Clean, or Earthy, or use the search bar to quickly find your favorites. Everything available for subscription on the site can be added here.
Once you find what you want, select your size, such as 4 oz or 8 oz, and click Add to Box.
When you’re done, be sure to click Save Changes before closing out so your updates are applied.
Adding One-Time Add Ons
You can also add one-time items to your upcoming order without changing your core subscription. Just click into the One-Time Add-On section to open the same shopping experience.
From here, you can browse or search just like you would when editing your box. You’ll find most products available on the site, including wax melts, warmers, and more.
Limited Edition items are also available to add, but keep in mind they are not guaranteed. If they sell out before your order processes, they’ll be removed and you will not be charged.
Once you’ve added what you want, be sure to click Save Changes so it is included in your next shipment.
Skip, Pause, or Adjust Your Schedule
Right below your subscription, you’ll see several quick actions to manage your order:
- Skip – Skip your next shipment
- Pause – Temporarily pause your subscription
- Next Order Date – Change when your next order will process
- Edit Frequency – Adjust how often you receive your subscription
- Get It Now – Process your order immediately
- Cancel – Cancel your subscription if needed
These controls make it easy to adjust your subscription at any time.
Managing Seasonal Subs & LE Sub Boxes
Seasonal & Limited Edition Subscriptions
Seasonal and Limited Edition subscriptions will appear as their own boxes at the top, just like Subscribe & Save. If you have more than one, you’ll see each one displayed separately.
When you click into a Seasonal subscription, you’ll still see key details like your next order date and frequency. If you’re a yearly (prepaid) subscriber, you’ll see a “prepaid” label so it’s clear.
Because yearly subscriptions are prepaid for all four seasons, you’ll have fewer controls. Skipping and changing order dates aren’t available, but Get It Now will unlock once that season begins shipping.
For quarterly Seasonal subscriptions, you’ll have more flexibility. You can skip a box, and it will move you to the next season automatically. For example, if you skip Fall, your next box will update to the following season.
Limited Edition subscriptions will also appear here and can be managed similarly depending on the subscription type.
